New Projects: 

As El Nasr Target is to expend Sebeka to be one of the biggest salines at the Mediterranean, make use of the advantage of Sebeke's location at El- Arish as one of the purest areas in the world ,giving super quality salt .  

To achieve this target, El Nasr Planned to expend through two phases.

The first phase has been completed and raises the saline capacity from 3000000 tons / year to 1-2 million tons /year, which has been achieved at fiscal year 2009/2010.  

Second phases extension is under execution, 80% of  the work is completed .  

This extension will raise the production of the saline to 2 million tons annually by 2011/2012.  

Here under figures indicate the volume of work done until now:  

§    Length of Dikes constructed 30 km (width 10 m or .6m).  

§    El Nasr Proceeding with improving and developing the crystallizing areas to increase its production gradually to reach an amount of 200000 – 230000 tons / year during a period from 2 to 3 years.  

§    El Nasr will increase its production capacity from refined salt by installing 2 new lines one in Sebeka and one in Borg El Arab Salines.  

§    Each line will have 15 tons / hour capacity, this will enable the company to                                    respond to the increased demand of the local market and export abroad.  

§    New pellet press will be add to the existing two press at Borg El Arab saline to fulfill the increased demand locally and abroad  

§    All new projects cost which amounts to 25 million until now has been financed by El Nasr own resources.

El Nasr Salines IT stuff finished the development of the second version of Payroll&HR system for all company branches with various enhancements below:

  • The program calculates the salaries and incentives for all company sites, taking into account the allowances of the Site or the degree of functional or profession 
  • The program calculates all non-periodic elements of income, (Bonuses - Overtime ...) with the possibility of determining whether they are subject to tax or insurance 
  • The program calculates the value of insurance due on the workers based on what has been spent for the workers in different types of income (salary - incentive - bonuses ...) 
  • The program calculates the tax due on the worker at each disbursement by calculating the tax on the theoretical annual income  
  •  The program calculates collective deductions (union company - Solidarity Fund ...), both with the specified value or formula example premium Solidarity Fund is the ratio of basic salary. 
  • The program calculates the advances of worker (company advance - Bank Loan ...) and Balance it with the possibility of deducting the advance payment of salary and incentive together 
  • The program supports different levels of the users permissions, achieving the efficient operation of the program and determine responsibilities for each user 
  • Program does the role of the audit through the allocation of screens through which the auditors review the salary, then the auditor will mark salary as approved then directly migrate within the salary income of the worker and prevent the Wage employee from modify it thereby achieving confidence in the income reports 
  • Program covers all items of income for workers and also Any other items without the need to (Hard code) 
System design of the program's commitment to OOP Model (Object Oriented Programming Model) at the level of the Application and the database
